Nep9 Terms & Conditions – Platform User Guide Fair and Transparent

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "Member") and nep9 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the nep9 website at nep9.best, the mobile application, related services and all content available therein.

By creating an account at nep9, logging in, placing a bet, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You agree to Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement;
• You agree to all specific terms relating to bonuses, betting, and casino games as stated in the separate documents referenced within this Agreement.

Nep9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the nep9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. nep9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is permitted. It is solely your responsibility to verify that accessing this platform from your location is lawful.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt, are under legal guardianship, or have other legal restrictions are not eligible to register.
• One Account: Each individual may only hold one active account at nep9. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Your nep9 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared with any other party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, including any bets placed, withdrawals requested, and settings changes made.

With regard to account security, you are required to:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Log out of your account when using a shared device;
• Contact nep9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensuring that your registered email address is active and accessible to you.

Nep9 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where such access occurred due to the player's own negligence in securing their login credentials.

All deposits into your nep9 account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nep9 only accepts payments through methods officially listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Minimum deposit RM10, instant processing;
• GrabPay — Minimum deposit RM10, instant processing;
• Boost — Minimum deposit RM10, instant processing;
• ShopeePay — Minimum deposit RM10, instant processing;
• DuitNow — Minimum deposit RM10, processed within 5 minutes;
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other participating banks) — Minimum deposit RM20, processed within 5 to 15 minutes.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, another person's credit card, or unlisted methods may be declined and reversed, and your account may be subject to further investigation.

Nep9 reserves the right to decline deposits deemed suspicious or potentially linked to money laundering activity. In such cases, funds will be returned via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Players are eligible to withdraw winnings held in their nep9 account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Full identity verification (KYC) has been completed for the account in question;
• No active bonus with an outstanding rollover requirement on the amount to be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method or the same account name used for the deposit — this forms part of our fraud prevention procedures;
• Nep9 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay within 5 to 15 minutes; DuitNow within 10 to 30 minutes; FPX within 30 to 60 minutes on business days. Withdrawals made on public holidays or outside banking hours may take longer to process.

Nep9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses at nep9 are as follows:

• Rollover: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover refers to the total amount that must be wagered. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before a withdrawal of the bonus is allowed;
• Bet Limit During Bonus: When a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per match or per hand applies and must not be exceeded. Bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus;
• Time Limit: Each bonus has a limited validity period. Any rollover not completed within that period will result in the bonus being forfeited;
• Game Eligibility: Some bonuses are only valid for specific sections or games. Please check the game eligibility terms before using a bonus;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

Nep9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing sham bets, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

All sports and e-sports bets placed on nep9 are subject to the following rules, which are designed to ensure fairness and platform integrity:

• Odds Finalization: The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, even if odds change after confirmation. Any odds change prior to confirmation will be communicated to the player;
• Postponed or Cancelled Match: If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and refunded, unless the bets have already been settled under in-play rules;
• Official Result: nep9 uses official results as announced by the relevant sports or e-sports regulatory body. For Malaysia Super League and BWF competitions, results are based on official league and federation sources;
• In-Play Betting: In-play betting may be closed or suspended at any time during a match at nep9's discretion, particularly during broadcast interruptions or in-match incidents that require reassessment;
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the betting interface and vary depending on the match type, market and your account level.

Casino games at nep9 — including live blackjack, baccarat, roulette, slots and other table games — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game's interface. The following general rules apply:

• Final Decision: In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final once a round has concluded. Any disputes regarding the outcome must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the game taking place;
• Technical Interruption: If a technical interruption occurs during an active round, nep9 will use recorded game logs to determine the outcome of that round. If the logs are insufficient, the bet will be voided and refunded;
• Fair Play: All slots and electronic table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by a third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates are based on long-term simulations and may vary within individual sessions;
• Blackjack: All nep9 blackjack tables follow standard rules as stated in each table description. A Natural Blackjack win pays at 3:2 across all nep9 tables — the 6:5 rule is not applied.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the nep9 platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or using more than one account under any circumstances;
• Using a false identity, another person's information, or forged documents;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonuses;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any other technical tools to interact with the platform automatically;
• Conducting money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without meaningful betting activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or vulnerabilities within the platform — any such discoveries must be reported to nep9 immediately;
• Any form of fraud, hacking or interference with the platform's infrastructure or other users;
• Registering under another person's name or allowing someone else to use your account.

Nep9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, hacking, or malicious behaviour;
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe;
• Requests by law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting nep9 customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, after all required checks have been completed.

Nep9 provides a betting platform as an entertainment service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nep9 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a player as a result of unfavourable betting outcomes;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials;
• Any data loss arising from unforeseen technical events beyond our control;
• Decisions or actions taken by a player based on information or content on the platform that was interpreted differently from its intended meaning.

Nep9's maximum liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nep9 is deeply committed to promoting and protecting responsible gaming. We believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. To that end, nep9 provides the following tools, which players can activate at any time through their account settings:

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Deposit Limits: Set the maximum amount you can deposit within your chosen time period;
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount for a given period — once the limit is reached, no further bets are permitted until the period resets;
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for active play sessions before receiving a notification or being automatically logged out;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure for players who require a long-term break.

Nep9 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for amendments considered material or significant by nep9, reasonable efforts will be made to notify active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The latest version of our Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, with the last updated date displayed at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms applicable to your use of the nep9 platform.

This Agreement, including all documents referenced within it, is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which nep9 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to direct negotiation between the player and nep9.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it was raised in writing, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by nep9.
