About nep9
In Malaysia's rapidly growing online entertainment scene, nep9 is the complete solution for players who want a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience. We understand that Malaysian players expect more than just another platform — they want a service that gets local culture, supports local payment methods, and communicates in a language they know: Bahasa Melayu.
Nep9 has been operating for many years, earning the trust of hundreds of thousands of members across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang and Kota Kinabalu to Kuching. We're proud to be the platform of choice for virtual sports, jackpots, Live Casino, badminton, and much more.
For football fans, nep9 offers full coverage of the Malaysia Super League, Premier League (domestic), EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and a wide range of other international leagues. Our odds are updated in real time, ensuring you always get the best value on every bet. Beyond football, we also offer betting markets for badminton — Malaysia's most beloved sport — with coverage spanning the Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Malaysia Open, and other BWF tournaments.
Esports is also rapidly growing in popularity among young Malaysians. At nep9, you can place bets on Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, and Free Fire matches. Our esports markets are constantly updated to reflect the latest match schedules.
The Live Casino experience at nep9 is second to none. With professional dealers on duty 24/7, you can enjoy baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and Dragon Tiger in a fully authentic setting. Every table is streamed live from high-quality studios in crisp HD video.
Our slots collection features over 1,200 titles from top providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, Habanero and Spadegaming. From classic 3-reel slots to modern video slots with complex bonus features, there's something for every type of player. Our progressive jackpots have paid out prizes of up to MYR 1 million to lucky winners.
Nep9 supports all major payment methods in Malaysia. You can make deposits and withdrawals with ease via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, as well as online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks via FPX. Minimum deposit is just RM10, making it easy for everyone to get started. Withdrawals are processed in as little as 5 to 15 minutes.
Member security is our highest priority. nep9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology — the same standard adopted by leading banks worldwide. All your personal and financial information is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available for an added layer of account security.
Our platform also uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every game is fair. Independent audits are conducted regularly by accredited third-party bodies to verify the integrity of our platform.
Nep9 values every member, especially those who have stayed loyal with us. Our VIP Programme is structured across multiple tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with each level unlocking increasingly exclusive benefits. Diamond VIP members enjoy priority withdrawals, a dedicated personal account manager, invitations to exclusive events, and special monthly bonuses.
Alongside the VIP programme, we also have a loyalty points system where every bet you place earns points that can be redeemed for cash, bonus credits, or exclusive rewards. The more you play, the more you earn.
The nep9 customer support team is here for you 24/7. You can reach us via live chat with a response time of under 2 minutes, or through WhatsApp and email. All our agents communicate in Bahasa Melayu and understand what local players need. We also have a comprehensive help centre with over 200 guides and FAQs so you can quickly resolve issues on your own.
Nep9 believes gambling should be a source of entertainment, not stress. We provide a range of self-control tools — including daily deposit limits, loss limits, mandatory cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options — to help you stay in control. If you feel gambling is starting to affect your life, please reach out to our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming us to get assistance.
