Registering a nep9 account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in the form with your full name, Malaysian phone number, email address and preferred username. Verify your email once you receive the verification link, and your account will be active immediately. You can then make your first deposit starting from RM10 via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow or FPX.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the nep9 platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable policy. nep9 actively carries out age verification (KYC), and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately, with all existing balances frozen pending investigation.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on nep9. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of nep9's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and any balances or winnings being confiscated.
